About us
The company has been on the market since 1990, originally under the name of its founder Mr. Josef Šebek. It starts with the production of metal furniture, to which it adds the surface treatment of metal components with powder-baked plastics. In 1993, a furniture factory was established and the company became one of the most important manufacturers of interiors for libraries, archives and museums.
As a result of increasing demands for production space, construction of a new production facility on the company’s own land began in 1995. At the end of 1996, operations began in a new facility with more than double the production area.
In 2017, the company was completely damaged by a devastating fire at its plant in Zvoly u Prahy, and immediately after this tragic event, construction of a new production plant and repair of the plant in Studené began. The company overcame the most difficult period of its existence and today boasts a very modern metalworking, paint shop and joinery.
Present
Currently the company has 20 thousand m2 of production area. The production plant in Zvoly u Prahy also includes a new administration building.
Technological modernisation is closely linked to the gradual development of the company. The company now has the most modern integrated CNC technologies in the processing of particleboard and veneered panels, as well as in the processing of steel and non-ferrous metal sheets.
All production procedures are controlled according to the Integrated Quality Management System ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001, ČSN EN ISO 45001 and IATF 16949. Another certificate is the Inspection Certificate for the Compact Mobile Rack from TÜV.
In the field of metal fabrication INTEBO s.r.o. is dedicated to the production of semi-finished products of various processing levels, from simple forgings to complex weldments made to customer requirements, custom and serial production, it still produces and delivers fixed and mobile racking systems and other products made of sheet metal and steel.
INTEBO s.r.o. manufactures and supplies furniture and interior furnishings for end customers in the private sector, libraries, office and presentation spaces, car dealerships, pharmacies, surgeries, apartments, hotels, reception areas and other commercial spaces.
